Technical Editing Services (Two Levels)

• Standard Technical Editing Services

  Standard technical editing projects involve editing to clarify and polish the writing of the document submitted. Our standard editing services are billed at a rate of $75/hour at a projected pace of 750 words/hour. Additional time will be included for: 1) an initial review of the document to become familiar with the topic and scope, and 2) a final review of the edited document.

• Intensive Technical Editing Services

  Intensive technical editing projects typically include documents that require extensive revision of the English language, as well as rewriting, reorganization of the text, and/or reformatting of the document to fulfill the requirements of a specific journal. Our intensive editing services are billed at a rate of $100/hour.

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time for a typical project (10,000 words or less) is seven days. Rush projects with an expedited turnaround time of 2–3 days will include an additional 25% surcharge.
